Company Leadership
Robert H. Sinclair has worked in the construction field for over 40 years. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee. He was employed by Combustion Engineering for six years as a construction and startup engineer on new utility power plants. The last two years with Combustion Engineering, he supervised multi-million dollar projects. He has been in business for himself since 1970 and President of R.H. Sinclair Construction Company since 1973. He serves as Project Manager on many of the jobs, giving him "hands on" experience and a one-to-one relationship with the project owner.
Scott Castleberry is Vice President and Senior Project Manager/Estimator. He received a degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with an emphasis on construction management and estimating. He also holds an Associate's Degree in computer aided drafting and design from Pellissippi State Technical Community College. Scott has over six years of drafting experience, having served as Office Manager and Lead Design Draftsman while attending college. He has worked the past 10 years with R.H. Sinclair Construction Company, Inc. as a project manager/estimator for numerous commercial building and renovation projects including three 50,000 square feet Century Park Office Buildings. His experience lies in project documentation, material procurement, and customer relations.

Three of our Senior Field Superintendents have over fifty-four years of combined experience with R.H. Sinclair Construction Company, Inc. and have spent nearly all their working years in construction. Their experience with the company makes them strive to provide quality construction while staying on time, within budget and maintaining a safe and clean jobsite. They have combined to build over 1,000,000 square feet of professional office space including many medical and dental offices.
